Susan Boyle planning jazz album

Scottish singer Susan Boyle is hoping to change her musical direction by recording a jazz album.

The 52-year-old singer said her next record will feature a totally different style, reported Daily Express.

"I'd love to do a jazz album next time. It would be an entire break from what I'm use to doing. It's a challenging area and very specialised.

"Jazz is something I would really like to be involved in. Watch this space - anything can happen," she said.

Boyle has released five albums since she shot to fame on TV show 'Britain's Got Talent' in 2009.
