Tata Steel inaugurates creche for employees

Tata Steel today inaugurated 'Muskaan, Jamshedpur' - a modern and well equipped creche-cum-day care facility at the Annexe Building of Chummery Guest House.

Ruchi Narendran graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the facility, a company press release said.

Aimed at creating a safe haven for children of working parents, the facility is newly built and equipped with amenities to take care of a growing child's daily needs and provisions for engaging them in various indoor and outdoor activities, under the supervision of qualified care-givers. The creche facility will be run in association with M/S Little Steps.

Present on the occasion were Suresh Dutt Tripathi, vice president, Human Resource Management, Tata Steel, Ritu Raj Sinha, chief, Corporate Services, Tata Steel and Arvind Kumar Pandey, vice president, Tata Workers' Union (TWU) among others.
