A teenaged boy was allegedly axed to death by unknown assailants here, police said today.
Amit Singh (18) was allegedly axed to death last night by unknown assailants, said police, adding that the body was found at an isolated place at Dharuhera today morning.
A pole-axe, believed to have been used in the crime, was seized from the spot, said police.
A case of murder has been registered on the statement of Amit's father Raj Kishore Singh.
Amit was employed with a shop at Bhiwadi town, near Dharuhera, where the family lives.
The family hails from Uttar Pradesh.
A senior police official said they were probing the case from various angles.
