Thane: five-year-old dies as part of ceiling falls

A five years old girl died and two others including a 3 years old girl were injured when a part of the ceiling of a flat fell in Kausa-Mumbra near here this evening.

Santosh Kadam, disaster control room officer, said that the mishap took place inside a ground floor flat at Zinat Mahal, Rashid Compound, Kausa.

Shifa Bano Mohd Esaq (5) died while Shebiabano Shaikh (20) and Samrin Bano (3) were injured, he said. Probe is on.
