Three booked for murder in Muzaffarnagar

Three persons, who are in jail in connection with a murder case, have been booked under Gangster Act in Kotwali police station here, police said today.

The trio - homeguard Chand, his brother Dilshad and Sarfaraz - had allegedly abducted and murdered one Mustafa here two months ago, they said, adding they are lodged in jail in this connection.

Mustafa was found murdered near Kali river near here, they said.

The trio was yesterday booked under the Gangster Act by Kotwali police, they said.
