Three sentenced to life for murder

In August 2006, Ramanand was killed by his father Om Prakash, brother Keshavram and their aide Lalu Paasi and his body was disposed off in Pawna village in Kaisarganj area, prosecution sources said here.

Additional Sessions judge Subedaar Singh held the trio guilty of killing Ramanand and awarded them the punishment yesterday.

The court also fined them with Rs 12,000 each.

On the complaint made by Ramanand's wife, police had registered a case and arrested the three accused.
