TRS party formation day events to be low-key this year

The ruling TRS in Telangana Thursday decided to keep its 18th formation day events a low-key affair this year, in view of the model code of conduct for Lok Sabha elections.

TRS working president K T Rama Rao asked the partymen to keep the formation day celebrations on April 27 a low key affair as the model code of conduct was still in force, a party statement said.

He urged the party leaders and workers to hoist party flags to mark the occasion.
