Two children were found dead in separate incidents in neighbouring Hingoli district today, police said.
The highly-decomposed bodies of a girl (3) and a boy (2) were recovered from a gunny bag dumped in a well in Bolda village, said SP Sudhir Dabhade.
He said prima facie it appears to be the case of murder and the bodies are sent for postmortem.
In another incident, a three-month-old baby boy was found dead in Mastan Nagar locality of Hingoli city, police said.
Police also found an infant dumped in a garbage heap in Jawlabazaar area and admitted it to civil hospital.
