Two elderly persons run over by train

: Two elderly persons were run over by a train today at Kadalundi station in the district, police said.

Raman (70) was crossing the tracks early this morning without noticing the approaching Kachiguda-Mangalore train. Abdul Rahiman (63) tried to save him but were run over, they said

The bodies were recovered by Railway Protection Force personnel and handed over to the police.
