Two kgs gold biscuits seized

Gold biscuits weighing about two kgs and valued approximately at Rs.60 lakh were found hidden in the toilet of a Sharjah-Calicut flight and seized by the CISF today at Karippur International Airport.

An air hostess, who found the plastic bag containing gold just before the landing of the flight informed the pilot, who conveyed it to the Air Traffic Control, sources said.

Investigation is going on.
