Two rifles recovered from pond

The police said the rifles were found by some workers who were engaged in dredging the pond at Borsimaluguri Khetrapara area Barama town in Baksa.

The workers informed the police who arrived at the scene and seized the rifles.

From the condition of the rifles, police said they seem to have been dumped at the place several months ago.
