Two youths held for kidnapping boy in UP

Two youths were arrested for allegedly kidnapping a boy, who was rescued by the police from Kheri area here.

The boy, identified as Gurvinder Singh, was kidnapped by the two youths from Kheri on August 17, Superintendent of Police Arvind Sen said today.

He said that Jograj Singh alias Jagga and Shankar Samudar, both hailing from Uttarakhand, were arrested and the boy has been rescued.

The SP said that a jeep, mobile handset, SIM and some arms and ammunition used in the kidnapping were also recovered from the possession of the accused.
