Railways will attach additional unreserved coaches in Suvidha and special trains from March 1.
However, the fares for the unreserved class will be equivalent to that of a normal superfast mail or express and not special or Suvidha fares, a Railway Ministry spokesperson said.
He said there has been no change in the provision of Suvidha and special trains.

"The only change effected from March is that zonal railways have been allowed to attach unreserved coaches in these trains, if required, and the passengers in these coaches will be charged normal superfast mail or express fares," he said.
Both Suvidha and special trains are fully AC reserved class. While Suvidha trains are run on dynamic fare, special train fare are 30 per cent more than the normal rate.
Asked whether special trains will be run on dynamic fares like Suvidha trains, he said, "These are two separate services and their fare structures are different. So special train cannot be run on Suvidha fare or vice versa."
The special and Suvidha trains are run to cater to the growing demand during Holi, Diwali, Chirstmas and similar rush period.
