Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today wrote to the Railway minister seeking continuation of Shatabdi Express train's stoppage at Tundla station.
In his letter to Railway Minister D V Sadanand Gowda, the chief minister stated that continuation of the stoppage of Shatabdi Express at Tundla was all the more important as tourists, including foreigners, headed to Agra for visiting Taj Mahal come by this train, an official release said.
In case stoppage of the Shatabdi Express at Tundla was done away with it would lead to inconvenience to tourists and common people, the letter pointed out.
