Vidarbha gets slight respite from heat

Cloudy skies provided some relief to the Vidarbha region today, which had seen temperatures hovering beyond 40 degree Celsius early this week.

Barring Amravati (42.8) and Akola (42), temperature in other cities and towns in the region remained around 40 degree Celsius.

The overcast skies brought the temperature down, giving a relief to the Vidarbha.

Temperature in others cities was as following: Buldhana- 40.5, Chandrapur- 40, Gondia- 39.3, Nagpur- 40.6, Washim- 40, Wardfha- 40.5 and Yavatmal- 40 degree Celsius.
