Village head killed over land dispute

A village head was today killed over a land dispute by some unidentified persons in Eikri village in Aucha area here, police said.

Village head Eikri Harishchandra Singh Yadav (41) was killed with a spade by some persons over the land row, they said.

Superintendent of Police Srikant Singh said that police force has been deployed in the village and a probe is on in the matter.
