Wanted gangster arrested in Bihar

A gangster with arms and ammunition was arrested from Naugachhia in Bhagalpur district, police said today.

On intelligence inputs, gangster Ashok Yadav was arrested in a special operation late last night, Additional Superintendent of Police Ramashankar Rai said.

The seized arms included two rifles, one double barrel gun, four pistols and a large quantity of ammunition.

Yadav's gang was involved in a large number of crimes, he said.
