Watchman found dead in private school

A 67-year old watchman of a private school was found dead underneath an uprooted iron gate of the main entrance here today, police said.

Passersby this morning found Devadoss lying in a pool of blood with head injuries underneath the gate.

Police said the gate might have collapsed and fallen on the watchman, injuring him fatally in the head, during the night.
