A woman was today arrested for allegedly killing her husband over a quarrel on his drinking habits, Government Railway Police said.
The incident occurred at a quarter in Mancheswar Railway Colony near Jagannath temple at around 2 am when the man, identified as Haribandhu Das returned home in an inebriated state, the GRP said.
Haribandhu is a grade-B employee in East Coast Railway.

The couple had a quarrel over the man's drinking habits during which Mamata Das attacked her husband with a stone.
42-year-old Haribandhu died on the spot, the GRP said.
The couple has a eight-year-old son, they said, adding that the man's extra-marital relation could also not be ruled out as a reason behind the attack.
GRP have arrested Mamata and have registered a case of murder against her, GRP inspector-in-charge, Bhubaneswar, Saubhagya Kumar Swain said.
