Woman's body found stuffed in suitcase

The body of a woman was found stuffed in a suitcase near Raipura village here today, police said.

"The cut marks on the body indicate the woman was murdered. It appeared that the murder was committed somewhere else and in a bid to dispose off the body, the accused might have abandoned it on the National Highway-two and fled," Assistant Superintendent of Police Kunvar Anupam Singh said.

Police is waiting for post-mortem report.

"We are trying to collect information about the woman from neighbouring districts if any as it would help us reach the assailants fast," he added.
