Documentation solutions firm Xerox today announced appointment of Anurag Gupta as the Director Customer Service Operations (CSO) for India.
Gupta replaces Balaji Rajagopalan, who has moved to the role of Executive Director Technology Channels & International Distributor Operations in the previous year, it said in a release.
Gupta has been with Xerox India for over 29 years and most recently he headed the Field Service Operations at Xerox India.

"Over the next 6 months, all Microsoft Lumia device users in India will be able to enjoy Truecaller premium features for free, including on the recently launched Lumia 435 and 532 where Truecaller is pre-installed facilitating an out-of-the box experience," it said in statement.
Truecaller has been growing rapidly and now has over 100 million users globally with India being the dominant market with more than 60 million users.
Headquartered in Stockholm, Truecaller is available on all Internet-enabled devices and on the web. Investors include Sequoia Capital, Atomico and Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers.

Google India launches initiative to bring more women online
* Google India today said it has partnered firms like Snapdeal, Axis Bank, HUL and GSK to launch a new initiative '#TogetherOnline' to encourage more women to use the Internet.
The nine-week initiative will see a number of activities across India, starting with a concert with Farhan Akhtar to raise awareness amongst the youth in metro cities, Google India said in a statement.
Axis Bank, on its part, will host special digital literacy workshops for women customers in their branches across India, while Snapdeal will run campaigns amongst its shoppers and educate women on the entrepreneurial opportunities on their platform, it added.
