A youth allegedly killed a 45-year-old man in a fight over local liquor in Mizoram's southernmost Saiha district, the police said today.
The police said that R Lalmuankima clubbed James Zoherliana on his head for three times yesterday and the latter died after five hours in Meisatla of Saiha town.
The accused killed him after the deceased was found distilling the fermented rice made by the accused in his absence.
Lalmuankima was arrested by and charged with murder.
