Youth shoots self at lover's house in Punjab

A youth allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself at his lover's house in Ganji Gulab Singhwala village here, police said today.

Hari Sharma shot himself last night at his lover Virpal Kaur's house after finding out that her parents are against their wish to get married, police said.

A case has been registered against Virpal Kaur, her father Beant Singh, mother Ramandeep Kaur and sister Sukhi, they said, adding, no arrest has been made so far.
