Emirates denies report of Etihad Airways takeover
(Reuters) - Persian Gulf airline Emirates denied on Thursday that it was seeking to take over Etihad Airways to create the world's largest airline, following a report from Bloomberg.
An Emirates spokeswoman told Reuters "there is no truth to this rumour".
