NHPC, state-run financial firms gain on S&P

Reuters Market Eye - NHPC gains 1.5 percent after S&P raises outlook to "stable."

State-run financial firms such as State Bank of India also gain after being similarly upgraded.

Upgrades come after S&P raised India's outlook to "stable" from "negative."
