Justice A M Thipsay yesterday also adjourned hearing on the case to November because of the delay in extradition of some people involved in the deal by the CBI.

The Central Bureau of Investigation had filed a case earlier this year alleging that a few Reliance executives, along with some bankers, worked together to backdate the import-related letters of credit to get around the changed import policy.
