Joshi Bid To Speed Up Approvals

Maharashtra Chief Minister Manohar Joshi has temporarily shifted his office from the state secretariat, Mantralaya, to the venue of the two-day conference.

Joshi said that he was doing it to facilitate smooth clearance of projects and redress investor grievances. Yesterday, he was at the Nehru Centre; today, he will be present at Hotel Oberois convention centre.

Deve Gowda lauded Joshis move. I hope other states follow your example by hosting such meets and by providing such speedy clearances. Joshi said his services would be readily available to anyone.
