Keep It Up

The speech as usual, was full of reassurance and commitment (or is it rhetoric?). However, what I object to is the one-liner that he delivered saying that his government had achieved more in four months than Mr Raos government had in five years. By this statement, he has only proved that he is after all a politician. He is using the same ploy as the US candidates are employing at the current presidential election campaign.
Although it is hard to question this statement, and much harder to refute it, what Mr Chidambaram is forgetting is that he too was part of the earlier government.
I beseech him to concentrate on his job which I feel hes doing very well. Indias credibility in the eyes of the world has gone up tremendously. But, make no mistake this is only the beginning, not to mention a good beginning. All we need now is to pursue it with full order and elan.
