Pal, Peugeot Hearing Adjourned To Today

The Bombay High Court yesterday heard the case filed by Automobiles Peugeot against Premier Automobiles (PAL) and adjourned its hearing till today.

The adjournment was sought by Peugeot which asked for time to study the affidavits submitted by PAL.

The dispute was heard by Justice Deshpande.

Automobiles Peugeot had filed a case in the Bombay High Court contending that the proposed joint venture between PAL and Fiat Auto violates article 15.3 of the joint venture agreement signed between Premier Automobiles and the former.
