Second Mumbai Airport Site Not Yet Finalised: Joshi

In the weekly post-cabinet press conference, Joshi said Rewas-Mandwa in Raigarh district, around 100 kms away from Mumbai, and another site in New Mumbai were being considered as probable sites for the proposed airport.

He said all political parties in Maharashtra were of unanimous opinion that the state needed another international airport near Mumbai.

The proposal, when mooted during the chief minister
