Malhotra says he already has a 180-strong dealer network in place countrywide, which is slated to expand to 500 by December. He says his network scores over MEN's because it will have deeper coverage of smaller towns and it will be run by professionals with experience and standing in the cable TV and satellite TV industry.

The US company has already signed on clients, he says, both on the DBS and pay TV fronts. Revenues are slated to be in the region of Rs 30-35 crore in year one.
