The rights issue of Yokogawa Bluestar to augment working capital will improve its position. A report.
After incurring a Rs 7.90 crore loss in 1994-95, Yokogawa Bluestar (YBL) turned around in 1995-96 with a net profit of Rs 7.23 crore. Sales in the same period rose 41 per cent to Rs 110.39 crore.
YBL is entering the market with a 1:1 rights issue at a price of Rs 40 aggregating Rs 17.5 crore. YBL
