Accentia to acquire two US-based firms

Mumbai-based Accentia Technologies, a business process outsourcing firm, today informed BSE that it has signed the final agreements to acquire two US-based companies - GSR Physicians Billing Service (GSR PBS) and GSR Systems. For the year 2007, the two acquisitions will add $2.5 million to the topline.

GSR PBS is a medical billing services company operated as an S-corporation since 1996. GSR Systems has been acquired mainly to get the robust application server program (ASP) platform to network all the existing & new billing and collections clients with Indian back office.
