NIIT Global to acquire US firm Element K

NIIT Global today said it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Element K, a leading provider of learning solutions, in North America.

"This acquisition is consistent with our stated plans for accelerated growth in developed economies," Vijay Thadani, CEO NIIT, said here.

The transaction is expected to close within two weeks and together this will emerge as the leading global provider of comprehensive learning solution with more than 3000 employees and with a presence in 32 countries.
