SatNav Tech inks pack with Nippon

SatNav Technologies (P) Limited, an IT products company, that had earlier announced the launch of India's first navigation system "� SatGuide "� has signed an agreement with Nippon Audiotronix Limited for the marketing and after-sales service of the product, a press release said.

As per the agreement, Nippon Audiotronix, a player in the in-car electronics segment, will handle the sales and marketing of Nippon SatGuide on an exclusive basis in India.

Nippon Audiotronix would handle both the retail channels as well as the OEM route using their network of over 650 outlets across the country.

K S Goindi, managing director, Nippon Audiotronix, said, "Our partnership with SatNav for high-end car navigation systems marks our entry into the information technology related products too. We will be making this available in the retail channels by the end of July."
