| Wipro Infotech, the India, Middle East and Asia Pacific information technology (IT) business of Wipro, has announced a joint venture (JV) agreement with the Dar Al Riyadh group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Wipro will hold the majority 66% in the venture that will be named Wipro Arabia. Wipro Arabia will offer a comprehensive range of IT solutions including application development and management (ADM), package implementation services and system integration services.
