National Plastic inks distribution pact with Tradeplast LLC

National Plastic Industries Limited, the plastic product manufacturer, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Tradeplast LLC, the trading company of Germany-based manufacturer Holzplast Inc, for distribution and selling certain Holzplast products in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. This includes rights to distribute and sell vinyl siding, half-log vinyl, exterior panels and shingles.
 
Under the agreement, National Plastic Industries Limited shall have exclusive right to distribute and sell the said products for a period of four years in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
 
National Plastic Industries Limited will promote the Holzplast products through its own sales force in the aforesaid countries.
 
Holzplast is a German company with more than 1000 product items available in product lines. Holzplast’s product lines include vinyl siding (Holzsiding), vinyl half-log siding (Holzblock), exterior panels (Wandstein), rack ceiling system (Decken Décor), drainage and fitting system (RohrFit), composite doors (Holztur), and decking (Holzdeck).
 
National Plastic Industries Limited manufactures a wide range of plastic moulded furniture and household product. The company is also manufacturing PVC flooring mats.
