CMS Info Systems allots 1.06 lakh equity shares under ESOP

CMS Info Systems has allotted 1,06,000 equity shares under ESOP on 06 March 2024. Consequent to the above allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,626,562,910/- consisting of 162,656,291 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each to Rs. 1,627,622,910 /- consisting of 162,762,291 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each.
