Five-Star Business Finance allots 8,830 equity shares under ESOS

Five-Star Business Finance has allotted 8,830 equity shares under FiveStar Associate Stock Option Scheme, 2015 and Five-Star Associate Stock Option Scheme, 2018.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 29,24,49,220 consisting of 29,24,49,220 equity shares having a face value of Re 1.00 each to Rs 29,24,58,050 consisting of 29,24,58,050 equity shares having a face value of Re 1.00 each.
