To Consider and approve conversion of upto 11 (Eleven) Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds issued to Global Focus Fund Limited into equity shares.2. To increase Authorised Share capital of the Company from Rs. 664500000/- to Rs. 1250000000/- subject to necessary approvals.3. To Call Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company and to fix the day date and time of the meeting.4. Any other item with the permission of the Chair and Majority of Directors.
