Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirements) regulations 2015 and section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Adminstration) rules 2014 as amended from time to time the company is offering e-voting faciltiy to its members to excercise their right to vote by electronic means in respect of the business mentioned in the notice of the 75th AGM through remote e-voting.
