Cabinet approves Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Amendment Bill: Prakash Javadekar

New Delhi, July 17 (ANI): Cabinet approves Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill on Wednesday, informed Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar. The amendment places a greater emphasis on the need for time-bound disposal of cases at the application stage. The amendments set 330 days as the maximum time allowed for bankruptcy resolution, including for litigation and other judicial process.
