Curfew-like situation continues in JandK's Rajouri

Rajouri (JandK), Aug 07 (ANI): Curfew-like situation prevails in the city after Section 144 was imposed with an immediate effect on Monday. Security has been tightened in the area. Mobile and internet services were partially suspended in the Kashmir valley on Sunday. While speaking to ANI, a local said, "We are facing problems due to curfew, even the patients are facing problems, we have no clue when our educational institutes will reopen. The curfew is affecting everyone." Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced in the parliament to revoke Article 370 of the Constitution that grants special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Bill splitting JandK and Ladakh into two UTs was also passed in both the houses.
