National Herald case: AJL refuses to vacate from ITO building

New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): After the Delhi High Court on February 28 dismissed National Herald publisher Associated Journals Ltd, AJL's plea challenging a single judge order to vacate its premises at Income Tax Office (ITO) in New Delhi, Nikhil Bhalla, Counsel in National Herald case says, "Had received a notice last evening and we had informed that we will be approaching Supreme Court in coming week. Don't know why officials of Land and Development Office came here today. There are no talks of vacating the building".
