Night shelters, a boon for homeless during winters

New Delhi, Dec 24 (ANI): People took refuge in night shelters as mercury level dips in the national capital. They took night shelter near Hanuman Mandir in Yamuna Bazar area. These government-supported night shelters have become heaven for homeless people. They are provided with free blankets, pillows. Temperature has dropped down in Delhi due to snowfall in parts of North India.
