EAM Swaraj meets her Vietnamese counterpart Pham Binh Minh

Hanoi (Vietnam), Aug 28 (ANI): Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met her Vietnamese counterpart Pham Binh Minh in Hanoi on Tuesday. The two are set to hold the 16th Joint Commission meeting. Swaraj is on a four-day visit to Vietnam and Cambodia. The two nations are strategic partners and ASEAN members.
