Nepali Congress leader bats for two Madhesi states

Kathmandu, Oct 18 (ANI): Asserting that the newly promulgated constitution of Nepal guarantees equal and fair rights to people hailing from the Madhesi community, Nepali Congress leader and member of the Constitution Suggestion Committee Raghu Nath Paudel batted for providing two states to the community. Paudel added that Himali, Pahadi and Madhesi all have got equal rights. Upon being asked about the naturalized citizenship , he said that the people enjoy naturalized citizenship and such people should not take higher positions in the state. Nepal's constitution was promulgated on September 20 last year.
