Adani Green Energy (AGEL) on Friday said its total operational renewable energy generation capacity has increased to 12,258.1 MW with the commissioning of an additional 275 MW of solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat. "Adani Green Energy Twenty Five A Ltd, wholly-owned step down subsidiary of the company has operationalized an incremental 275 MW of solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat," a regulatory filing said. According to the statement, with the commissioning of this plant, AGEL's total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 12,258.1 MW. Based on the relevant clearances, it was decided on February 27, 2025 to operationalize the plant and commence power generation from February 28, 2025, it added. According to a company statement, AGEL, India's largest renewable energy (RE) company has surpassed a record 12,000 megawatts (MW) of operational portfolio. Adani Portfolio posts double-digit growth, record Ebitda till Dec 2024

Adani Portfolio, India's largest infrastructure group with businesses in cement and mining, has continued its strong double-digit growth despite external challenges. For the twelve-month period ending December 2024, EBITDA reached Rs 86,789 crore, marking a 10.1 per cent year-on-year growth. Adjusted for prior income, the growth stands at 21.3 per cent. In the December quarter alone, EBITDA rose 17.2 per cent to Rs 22,823 crore, a company statement said. A key to this growth is the emerging businesses under Adani Enterprises, including solar and wind manufacturing and airports. These businesses, part of AEL's infrastructure division, grew 45 per cent Y-o-Y in the December quarter and 33.3 per cent in the trailing twelve-month period. Adani to spend Rs 6,000 cr on setting up health infra with Mayo Clinic

Adani Group will spend Rs 6,000 crore in setting up two 1,000-bed multi-specialty hospitals and medical colleges in Mumbai and Ahmedabad in partnership with Mayo Clinic. MIAL to redevelop T1, increase annual passenger handling capacity

Mumbai airport operator MIAL on Tuesday said Terminal 1 will be demolished and redeveloped to increase the passenger handling capacity and the work will commence in a phased manner from November. The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) is operated by the Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL), which is managed by Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL). "In November 2025, the transformation of Terminal 1 will proceed in carefully planned phases, ensuring minimal disruption. During the construction, Terminal 2 (T2) will shoulder the additional traffic," MIAL said in a release. The initial phase involves the demolition of the existing structure, starting November 2025, followed by construction of the new terminal. Edible oil firm Adani Wilmar Ltd has commenced operation of its food processing plant at Sonepat, Haryana, which it has established with an investment of nearly Rs 1,300 crore. In a regulatory filing on Thursday, Adani Wilmar said the company has commenced operations at its integrated food processing plant in Gohana, District Sonepat. "This food complex is one of the largest in the country built with a capital outlay of Rs 1,298 crore coming from IPO proceeds," the company said. The plant will help generate 2,000 direct and indirect employment in Haryana. The facility spread across 85 acres, has a total annual production capacity of 6.27 lakh tonnes.
