Realty firm Signature Global has awarded a Rs 1,203 crore contract to Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd to construct its housing project in Gurugram. In a statement on Sunday, Signature Global said it has awarded the construction contract for its premium residential project 'Titanium SPR' at Sector 71, Gurugram. "The contract worth Rs 1,203 crore has been entrusted to the renowned construction company Capacit'e Infraprojects," it added. Spanning 14.382 acres, this project has a total of 608 units. The company will develop this project in two phases. Out of the total sales potential area of 3.7 million sq ft in this project, Signature Global launched the first phase, comprising 2.1 million sq ft, in June 2024. Capacit'e Infraprojects on Wednesday posted a 6 per rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 30 crore during the third quarter ended December 2023, driven by higher income. It had clocked a net profit of Rs 23 crore in the October-December period of FY23, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's revenue from operations rose 8.57 per cent to Rs 481 crore against Rs 443 crore a year ago. The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) stood at Rs 89 crore compared to Rs 90 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company's order book stood at Rs 9,670 crore as of December 31, 2023, of which the public sector accounts for 65 per cent while the remaining came in from the private sector. Capacit'e Infraprojects on Wednesday said that it has bagged a project worth Rs 101 crore from Tridhaatu Aranya Developers LLP. The company said in a BSE filing that it "has received a work order from Tridhaatu Aranya Developers LLP for total contract value of Rs 101 crore (excluding GST) for project Aranya Phase-II at Chembur". Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Rahul Katyal said that the order inflow for the current financial year, along with existing order book gives the company confidence to deliver good growth in the coming quarters. "At Capacit'e, it is our continuous endeavour to add quality orders from existing and new clients and we are confident on the growing execution capabilities of the company," Katyal said. Construction firm Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd on Friday posted an over 90 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 21.65 crore for the March 2023 quarter, backed by higher income. It had clocked a net profit of Rs 11.39 crore during the January-March quarter of the preceding 2021-22 fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company also reported a rise in its total income to Rs 448.56 crore against Rs 348.58 crore in the year-ago quarter. Expenses stood at Rs 411.99 crore compared to Rs 332.81 crore a year ago. In a statement, the company said its EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) for Q4 FY23 grew 46 per cent to Rs 85 crore compared to Rs 58 crore in Q4 FY22. Capacit'e Infraprojects has reported a 15 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 22 crore during the September 2022 quarter on higher revenues. It had clocked a Rs 19 crore net profit in the July-September period of the preceding 2021-22 fiscal, the company said in a statement on Friday. The company's revenue from operations also rose 25 per cent to Rs 431 crore from Rs 345 crore in the year-ago quarter. Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBIDTA) for Q2 FY23 grew by 26 per cent to Rs 84 crore compared to Rs 67 crore in the second quarter of FY22.
