Rebecca Gayheart files for divorce from Eric Dane

Actor Rebecca Gayheart has filed for divorce from former "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane after 14 years of marriage. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the actor, best known for films such as "Jawbreaker" and "Scream 2", filed for divorce on Friday in Los Angeles. Gayheart cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split but did not say when they separated, instead the date of separation was listed as "TBD" (to be discussed). She has requested joint legal and physical custody of the couples two daughters: seven-year-old Billie and six-year-old Georgia. Gayheart is also seeking spousal support, according to the divorce documents. The duo tied the knot in 2004.

'Descendants 3' to release in 2019

Disney Channel will be releasing the third installment of its hit original TV movie franchise "Descendants" in 2019. The news was announced by Dove Cameron, who plays Mal in "Descendants," in a special piece of programming that aired during Disney Channel's "Zombies", reported Variety. "By adding a modern twist to Disney's most treasured heritage properties, the world of 'Descendants' has become an instant classic. We're thrilled that the creative team that conceived and launched this global phenomenon is back to dive deeper into these characters and the imaginative world from which they come," said Gary Marsh, president and chief creative officer, Disney Channels Worldwide, in a statement. 'Black Panther' vs. 'Aiyaary' at Indian Box Office

It seems, Hollywood is faring better at the Box Office than Bollywood, as of now, with the figures of the first day collection of the recently released 'Black Panther' and 'Aiyaary'.The 'Black Panther' has seen a terrific opening on Day One in India.The Marvel film earned Nett Rs 5.60 cr on Box Office. The collection includes earnings - Rs 35 lac - from Thursday, i.e. February 15, which saw paid previews of the film at selected movie theaters across the country. In the Indian market, the gross income of the film is Rs 7.18 cr in Hindi and English languages combined.On the other hand, 'Aiyaari' has seen a crawling start of its day one.The Sidharth Malhotra-Manoj Bajpayee starrer managed to earn about Rs 3-3.5 cr Nett at the Box Office , according to Box Office India.The figures came in as after the movies were released on February 17, simultaneously. 'Black Panther' saw its release on 55 percent of the screens as compared to Aiyaary's reach.

'Black Panther' mints Rs 7.18 crores in India on day one

Marvel's "Black Panther", first to be fronted by a person of colour and featuring a virtually all black cast, has opened well in India minting over 7 crores on day one. The film stars Chadwick Boseman in the titular role and also feature actors Michael B Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Andy Serkis among others. It has been directed by "Creed" helmer Ryan Coogler. The film's net box office collections stood at Rs 5.6 crore, including Rs 35 lakhs from previous day paid preview shows, while gross box office collection was Rs 7.18 crores, including paid previews. The opening day figure is the highest for any Hollywood solo superhero debut movie and the highest for any Hollywood film this year. "Black Panther" is Marvel's first superhero entry this year and the studio is eagerly awaiting the release of "Avengers: Infinity War", in May this year, boasting a bigger cast than any of its earlier editions. The studio also has "Ant-Man and the Wasp" that is scheduled to release in July.

Actor Olivia Wilde is making her directorial debut with "Booksmart" starring Kaitlyn Dever and Beanie Feldstein. The film is being produced by Annapurna and Gloria Sanchez, the female-focused production banner wing of Gary Sanchez Productions, reported Variety. The story follows Dever and Feldsteins characters, who, on the eve of their high school graduation, two academic superstars and best friends suddenly realise that they should have worked less and played more. Determined never to fall short of their peers, the girls set out on a mission to cram four years of fun into one night. The original script was written by Emily Halpern and Sarah Haskins, with initial revisions by Susanna Fogel, and current revisions by Katie Silberman.

"Memento" actor Guy Pearce is set to star in British supernatural teen series "The Innocents".
